~Mediadrop~ Covid-19 definitely changed the food and beverage industry drastically and food deliveries have been the way to go since Circuit Breaker started. I was sent this delivery by the kind folks from Famous Kitchen and they were served piping hot! Major brownie points there. Deep Fried Pork Belly with Fermented Beancurd ($20) Marinated with nam yu, these deep fried pork belly cubes make a tasty snack. Great with beer! Roasted Irish "Silver Hill" Duck ($78) Roasted ducks are my weakness and these travelled well, the meat was still very tender and juicy. Traditional Fish Head Curry ($65) The portions are big for a whole fish head curry that comes with a medley of vegetables. Think brinjal, carrots, cabbage and beancurd skins. I found the gravy a tad sweet though. The generous portion makes this a super value for money dish! Signature Yellow Chives Char Kuay Teow ($36)  The second dish that travelled so well, I love the char and smokeyness of the dish. Who'd think that
